The hotel offers a charming stay with beautiful building architecture. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for a short break. Plus, it’s within walking distance of the colonial city center. The staff were particularly helpful, especially the English-speaking gentleman in the afternoons.

Great stay with friendly staff
The hotel’s super cute! It’s a old style building with nice courtyards. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a comfy vibe. Staff was super helpful, especially the guy in the afternoon who spoke perfect English. The outdoor dining area was a nice spot to chill. Paying by card can be tricky though, takes a bit of time.

The outdoor dining area is a gem! It's perfect for enjoying some delicious eats like the mouthwatering pad thai at nearby Restaurante Caracuaro, just a hop away. Plus, the staff were super friendly and made our stay more enjoyable despite some hiccups. The location makes it easy to explore local eateries like Antigua Antojeria and Churreria Artesanal Las Ramblas.
While the room was spacious, it lacked windows, giving off a bit of a cave vibe. Also, the 'no smoking, no pets, no fun' signs felt a bit too harsh and unwelcoming. The beautiful building shined bright, but let’s just say some extra warmth would’ve hit home.
